Adjunct Employee Management System (AEMS)

We are requiring Adjunct Employees to use this system to:

1) Enter Workload information for this semester.

2) Review your Proposed Assignment.

Note, assignments shown in this system are merely proposed assignments. Proposed assignments will not result in appointments until approved by all parties shown in the approval logs.

All appointments are subject to sufficiency of registration and changes in curriculum as well as financial ability and approval of the Board of Trustees of the City of New York.
